Facility Schedule

The Facility Schedule page lets you assign pricing templates to days of the week, override templates for specific dates, and adjust prices for individual time slots. This is where your pricing templates come to life.

What Is the Facility Schedule?

The Facility Schedule is the central place to manage when and how much your sports facilities cost. It connects your facilities with pricing templates and gives you full control over pricing at three levels:

LevelDescription
Weekly scheduleAssign a pricing template to each day of the week (Monday through Sunday)
Date overrideReplace the weekly template with a different one for a specific date
Slot overrideChange the price of an individual time slot on a specific date

Changes are batched. You can make multiple adjustments and save them all at once with the “Save” button.

Getting Started

Select a Facility

At the top of the page, you see a horizontal row of facility cards. Click on a facility to manage its schedule. Each card shows the facility name and arena name.

Review the Weekly Schedule

Once a facility is selected, the weekly schedule panel appears. It shows each day of the week with its assigned pricing template.

Use the Calendar

On the right side, a calendar panel lets you browse months and select specific dates. Days are color-coded by their assigned template.

Make Changes and Save

Adjust templates and prices as needed, then click “Save” to apply all changes. Use “Reset” to discard unsaved changes.

Weekly Schedule

The weekly schedule is a panel showing all seven days of the week. For each day you can:

  • Assign a template — select a pricing template from the dropdown
  • Set as day off — choose the “Day off” option to indicate the facility is closed
  • View the interval bar — see a visual representation of the template’s pricing intervals

Desktop view

On larger screens, each day shows a dropdown selector and a full interval bar. The bar uses price-based coloring: green for cheaper slots, yellow for average, red for more expensive ones.

Weekly schedule changes are not saved automatically. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Calendar and Date Overrides

The calendar panel on the right shows the current month with color-coded days:

Visual indicatorMeaning
Colored cellA pricing template is assigned (color matches the template)
Brighter colorThe date has a template override
Muted colorThe date uses the weekly schedule template
Grey cellNo template assigned (day off)
Orange dotThe date has individual slot price modifications
Bold borderToday’s date
  • Use the left/right arrows to switch between months
  • Click on a date to select it and view its details
  • Click the same date again to deselect it

Setting a Date Override

When you select a date, a day panel appears below the weekly schedule (or below the calendar on mobile). In this panel:

  1. Find the “Override Template” dropdown at the bottom
  2. Select a different pricing template for this specific date
  3. Select the empty option (”---”) to remove an override and revert to the weekly template

Date overrides are useful for holidays, special events, or any day that should have different pricing than the regular weekly schedule.

Editing Individual Slot Prices

For fine-grained control, you can adjust the price of individual time slots on any selected date:

Select a Date

Click on a date in the calendar. The day panel shows all time slots for that date, each displaying its start time and current price.

Click on a Slot

Click on any slot to enter editing mode. The price becomes an editable field.

Enter the New Price

Type the new price. The slot is highlighted to indicate it has been modified.

Save Changes

Click “Save” at the bottom of the page to apply all slot price changes along with any other pending changes.

Slot appearanceMeaning
Standard borderSlot uses the template price
Highlighted borderSlot has a custom price override
Color-coded left borderPrice indication (green = cheap, red = expensive relative to average)

Slot price changes are date-specific. They only affect the selected date, not the template or other dates.

Saving and Resetting

At the bottom of the page, two buttons control your changes:

ButtonAction
SaveSaves all pending changes (weekly schedule, date overrides, slot prices) to the server
ResetDiscards all unsaved changes and reverts to the last saved state

Both buttons are disabled when there are no pending changes.

Always save your changes before selecting a different facility. Switching facilities discards unsaved changes.

How It All Works Together

The system resolves prices for any given time slot using this priority:

Check for Slot Override

If the specific slot on this date has a custom price, use that price.

Check for Date Override

If the date has a template override, use that template’s intervals to determine the price.

Use Weekly Schedule

Otherwise, use the template assigned to this day of the week.

Fall Back to Base Price

If no template interval covers this slot, use the facility’s base price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I assign different templates to different days of the week?

Yes. Each day of the week can have a different pricing template. For example, you might use “Weekday Standard” for Monday through Friday and “Weekend Premium” for Saturday and Sunday.

What happens on days marked as “day off”?

Days marked as “day off” have no pricing template assigned. The facility is considered closed on those days and no time slots are generated.

Can I override individual slot prices without changing the template?

Yes. Click on any slot in the day panel to edit its price directly. This override is specific to that date and does not affect the template or other dates.

How do I undo a date override?

Select the date, then in the “Override Template” dropdown choose the empty option (”---”). This removes the override and the date reverts to using the weekly schedule template.

Are changes saved automatically?

No. All changes are batched and saved only when you click “Save”. You can make multiple changes and save them all at once. Click “Reset” to discard unsaved changes.

What does the orange dot on a calendar date mean?

The orange dot indicates that one or more time slots on that date have custom price overrides (either saved or pending).
