Arenas
The Arenas section is your management hub for sports facilities in your organization. Here you can create new arenas, upload photos, manage facility information, and view a complete history of all changes.
What are Arenas?
Arenas are sports facilities (gyms, stadiums, tennis courts, etc.) managed by your organization. Each arena includes:

Viewing Arenas
Arena List
All arenas in your organization appear as cards in a grid layout. Each card displays:
- Arena Name — the name of the sports facility
- Photos — the first image from the gallery
- Address — location with an address icon
- Amenities — visual icons for available services
- Status — active, moderation, or archived
Filtering Arenas
Use filters to find the arena you need:
Filter by City
Click the Filter by City field and select one or multiple cities. Cards will instantly update to show only arenas in the selected cities.
Filter by Status
Click the Filter by Status field and check the statuses you want:
- Active — published and operating arena
- Moderation — newly created arena awaiting approval
- Archived — closed arena with data preserved
Applying Filters
Selected filters apply instantly. You can combine city and status filters at the same time.
Fullscreen Photo Viewer
One of the most convenient ways to explore an arena is to open its fullscreen photo viewer.
Opening the Viewer
Find the Arena Card
On the Arenas main page, locate the arena you want to view in the card list.
Click the Photo
Click on the photo (preview) in the arena card. The fullscreen viewer will open.
Viewer Interface
When you open the fullscreen photo viewer, you’ll see:

| Close Button | X button in the top left to exit the viewer |
Navigating Between Photos
You can browse through photos in several ways:
Arrows
On-Screen Arrows
Navigation buttons appear at the bottom left:
- Left arrow — go to previous photo
- Right arrow — go to next photo
If you’re on the first photo, the left arrow is disabled. If you’re on the last photo, the right arrow is disabled.
Viewer Buttons
Three buttons with icons and tooltips are located in the top right corner:
Details Button
Click the Details button (info icon) to quickly view basic arena information:
- Name
- Status (active / moderation / archived)
- Address with icon
Information displays as a semi-transparent block overlaid on the image.
History Button
Click the History button (history icon) to open the changes sidebar. You’ll see:
- All changes made to this arena
- Who and when made each change
- Exact edit timestamps
History is useful for tracking how arena data has evolved.
Edit Button
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) to open the full arena editor. The fullscreen viewer closes and you can:
- Change basic information
- Upload new photos
- Edit the address
- Add amenities
- Modify working hours
Closing the Viewer
There are three ways to exit the fullscreen viewer and return to the arena list:
Close Button
Close Button (X)
The close button (×) is in the top left corner. Click it to exit.
If you opened History or Edit from the viewer, they close when you return to the photo viewer.
Creating a New Arena
Click “Add Arena” Button
On the Arenas main page, click the Add Arena button (plus icon with text) or click the Add card at the end of the list.
Fill Basic Information
In the form that opens, enter:
- Name — the sports facility name
- Description — brief description (optional)
- Address — full address with city
- Coordinates — latitude and longitude (auto-determined from address)
Upload Photos
Add arena photos for the gallery:
- Click Add Photo
- Select images from your device (JPG, PNG)
- Drag photos to reorder them in the gallery
- Delete unwanted photos using the delete button
Select Amenities
Check which services are available at this arena (parking, locker room, cafe, etc.).
Set Working Hours
Specify when the arena is open:
- For each day of the week, set operating hours
- You can set multiple time slots per day (e.g., morning and evening shifts)
- Close days by toggling the switch off
Add Arena Contacts (Optional)
Click the Contacts expander to add ways to reach the arena:
- Contact Types — choose a type (phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram)
- Value — enter the contact information according to the type
- You can add multiple contacts of different types (e.g., main reception phone and backup)
- Click Add to save each contact to the list
Click “Save”
After filling all required fields, click Save. The new arena will be created and added to the list.
A newly created arena gets the Moderation status and is visible only to organization administrators. After review, the status may change to Active.
Editing an Arena
Open the Arena Card
Find the arena you need in the list and click the Edit button on its card.
Or Open from Fullscreen Viewer
Open the fullscreen photo viewer and click the Edit button in the top right corner.
Change Information
In the opened editor, you can change:
- Basic information (name, description)
- Address and coordinates
- Photos (upload new, delete, reorder)
- Amenities
- Working hours
- Arena contacts (phone, email, messengers)
Manage Contacts While Editing
In the Contacts section, you can:
- Add a Contact — click the add button, select a contact type, and enter the value
- Delete a Contact — click the delete button next to the contact you want to remove
- Change a Contact — edit the value and save it again
- Reorder Contacts — use the up ↑ and down ↓ buttons next to a contact to change its position
Save Changes
Click Save to apply all changes (including any added or removed contacts). If you have unsaved changes in multiple arenas, you can save them all at once with the Save (N) button, where N is the number of unsaved changes.
When editing, an arena may be sent for re-moderation depending on the scope of changes. Monitor the status after saving.
Managing Arena Status
Each arena has one of three statuses:

| Active | Published arena visible to all users, available for booking |
| Moderation | New or edited arena awaiting review. Visible only to administrators |
| Archived | Closed arena. Data is preserved but the facility is unavailable for booking |
To change status, open the arena editor and select a new status from the dropdown (if you have permission).
Change History
Every arena maintains a complete log of all changes. To view history:
Open History from Viewer
In the fullscreen photo viewer, click the History button.
Or Open from Card
On the arena card in the list, click the History button (clock icon).
View Changes
In the sidebar panel you’ll see:
- Timeline of changes
- Date and time of each change
- Author of the change (who edited)
- Description of what changed
History is useful for auditing and ensuring data quality. You can always track who changed what and when.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upload arena photos?
- Open the arena editor (click Edit on the card or in the photo viewer)
- In the Photos section, click Add Photo
- Select one or multiple images from your device (JPG, PNG, up to 5 MB per file)
- Drag photos to reorder them
- Click Save
The first photo will be used as the preview on the card in the list.
How do I reorder photos?
- Open the arena editor
- In the Photos section, hover over a photo
- Drag the photo to its new position in the gallery
- Click Save
The photo order will appear in the fullscreen viewer.
How do I use the fullscreen viewer on mobile?
The fullscreen viewer works the same on phones and tablets:
- Navigation — swipe left/right between photos
- Close — tap the X button or swipe up
- Buttons — tap to open details, history, or edit
The interface is adapted for touch control.
Can I delete an arena?
Yes, but only organization administrators can delete arenas. You can:
- Archive an arena (temporarily close but keep data)
- Delete an arena permanently (irreversible)
It’s recommended to archive first, and delete only if you’re certain.
How do I set working hours?
- Open the arena editor
- Go to the Working Hours section
- For each day of the week:
- Toggle the switch to open the day
- Set start and end times
- You can add multiple time slots (e.g., lunch break)
- Toggle off for closed days
- Click Save
Working hours will display on the booking page.
How do I add arena contacts?
- Open the arena editor or creation form
- Click the Contacts expander
- Click the Add Contact button
- Select a contact type from the list:
- Phone — phone number with country code (e.g., +1 555 123 4567)
- Email — email address (e.g., arena@example.com)
- Telegram — your Telegram contact (start with @)
- WhatsApp — phone number for WhatsApp
- Messenger — your Messenger profile name
- Instagram — your Instagram profile (start with @)
- Enter the contact value in the field that appears
- Click Add to save the contact to the list
- Repeat for other contact types
- Click Save at the bottom of the form to apply all changes
You can add multiple contacts of the same type (e.g., two phone numbers — main and backup).
How do I delete or change an arena contact?
Deleting a contact:
- Open the arena editor
- Go to the Contacts section
- Find the contact you want to delete
- Click the delete button (usually a trash icon) next to the contact
- Click Save to apply the changes
Changing a contact:
- Delete the old contact (see above)
- Add a new contact with updated information
Changes will take effect after clicking Save on the arena form.
