My purchases

“My purchases” is a section of your personal account where you can see the complete history of your sports slot bookings. Here you’ll find information about each purchase: status, venue, date, price, and other important details.

What is “My purchases”

“My purchases” is a financial report of all your sports slot purchases in the system. Here you can:

  • View purchase history — complete list from newest to oldest
  • Check purchase status — whether it’s paid, awaiting payment, expired, or refunded
  • See details — which slots are included in each purchase, payment amount, date and time
  • Track your schedule — when your bookings happen, what’s coming up

All your purchases are stored in one place — in the Finance → Purchases section of your personal account.

How to open “My purchases”

Open your personal account

Click on your profile in the top part of the screen (usually on the right) or open the user icon.

Go to the “Finance” section

In your account menu, find the Finance section (may be called Finance, Finances, or have a wallet/money icon).

Click “Purchases”

In the Finance section, click Purchases. The page opens with the title My purchases.

You’re in the right place

You’ll see a list of all your purchases, sorted from newest to oldest.

If you just placed an order in SPORT, the details of your new purchase open automatically after checkout. Just don’t close the page and wait for it to load.

Purchase table structure

On the “My purchases” page, information is organized in a table. Each row is one purchase. Here’s what each column shows:

ID (Number)

Unique number of your purchase. The details panel shows it in the title, for example: “Payment #12345”.

The number helps you:

  • Reference a specific purchase when contacting support
  • Quickly find a purchase in your history (system highlights the right row)
  • Distinguish different orders in your history

Purchase statuses in detail

Each purchase has a status that shows its current state. Here’s what they mean:

Indicator: Badge “Paid”

What this means: Your payment was successfully confirmed. Your sports slots are booked for you.

What’s next:

  • Slots are reserved and cannot be booked by anyone else
  • You can start preparing for your game: check the arena address, time, get your equipment
  • If you need to cancel a slot, check the cancellation policy of the specific arena

What you don’t need to do: Nothing — everything is fine, payment went through.

Awaiting payment

Indicator: Badge “Awaiting payment”. The purchase details show a Time left countdown.

What this means: Your slots are held for you until the payment deadline. The purchase is waiting for your payment, and it is not paid yet.

How to pay:

  1. Open the purchase by clicking its row in the table.
  2. In the details panel, choose a payment method and press Pay.
  3. You are sent to the payment provider’s page to complete the payment.
  4. After you return, the system confirms the payment and the status changes to Paid.

If the status does not change: Refresh the page in a minute. If the page shows that confirmation is taking longer than usual, wait a minute and refresh again.

Deadline: If you do not pay before the Time left countdown reaches zero, the purchase changes to Expired.

Expired

Indicator: Badge “Expired”

What this means: The payment deadline passed before the payment was confirmed. The slots are no longer held for you.

What’s next:

  • The slots may now be booked by other users
  • If you need these slots, you need to book them again
  • If your payment was made in time but confirmed late, the status can still change to Paid. Refresh the page after a minute.

What to do:

  1. Open Slot Search section in the SPORT app
  2. Find the slots you need again
  3. Add them to your cart and place a new order

Refunded

Indicator: Badge “Refunded”

What this means: The payment for this purchase was refunded. This is a final status.

What’s next: Open the purchase and check the History block for the refund event.

Viewing purchase details

To see full purchase details, click on the row with the purchase you’re interested in. A detailed view will open with:

  • All items in this purchase, each with complete information
  • Organization, arena, court for each booking
  • Date and exact time (not just hours, but minutes too)
  • Price of each item, payment method fee (for purchases awaiting payment), and total amount
  • Status and Time left countdown (for purchases awaiting payment)

On the details page you may also see additional information that can be useful for visiting the arena (address, contact).

“History” button in the panel header

At the top of the purchase details panel (next to the close button), you’ll find the “History” button. Click it to quickly jump to the purchase history block with a timeline of all events.

Purchase history block

In the purchase details section, you’ll find a “History” block — a timeline of all events that occurred with this purchase. The events are:

  • Purchase created — when the purchase was created in the system
  • Purchase paid — when the payment was confirmed
  • Refunded — when the purchase was refunded

For each event, you’ll see:

  • Event type — what happened (created, paid, refunded)
  • Details — the amount and, for a payment, the payment method; for a created purchase, the Valid until date
  • Author — who performed the action (you or the system)
  • Date and time — exact time of the event

The timeline helps you track the complete lifecycle of your purchase and provides clear information about each processing stage.

On the “My purchases” page, tools are available to make searching easier:

Frequently asked questions

Why does my purchase show “Awaiting payment” status?

This means your slots are held for you, but the payment is not made yet. Open the purchase, choose a payment method, and press Pay. If you have already paid, refresh the page in a minute — the status changes to Paid after the payment is confirmed.

How long does a purchase stay in “Awaiting payment” status?

Until the Valid until time shown in the table. The Time left countdown in the purchase details shows how much time is left. When the time runs out, the purchase changes to Expired.

What should I do if the status is “Expired”?

This means the payment deadline passed. Slots are no longer held for you. If you need these slots, open SPORT, find them again, add them to your cart, and place a new order.

Can I cancel a purchase?

After payment, cancellation depends on the cancellation policy of the arena where the slot is booked. Usually you can cancel a booking with a certain discount or penalty. See the specific arena’s cancellation policy for details or contact support.

Can I combine multiple purchases?

No, after payment purchases are fixed. If you need additional slots, place a new purchase.

Where can I see the payment method I used?

The purchase details show the amount and status. The History block shows the amount and the payment method for the payment event.

Why are multiple slots shown in the table for one purchase?

If you placed an order with multiple slots from different venues, they are all part of one purchase. The purchase details show each slot with its own organization, arena, court, and time.

How long are purchase records kept?

Purchase history is kept indefinitely. You’ll always be able to come back and see information about your past bookings.

Can I export or print purchase information?

This depends on your platform version. Usually you can use your browser’s print feature (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to save purchase information as a PDF.
