Organization Payout Methods
Payout methods are the ways the platform can send you money. Without an added payout method, you cannot receive your balance, even if you have funds.
What is a payout method?
A payout method is the payment details you provide to the platform for receiving money. It can be:
| Type | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Bank account | Direct bank transfer account | US12345678901234567890 |
| Bank card | Debit or credit card | 4111 1111 1111 1111 |
| E-wallet | Digital wallets and payment systems | PayPal, Wise |
| Mobile payment | Transfers to mobile number | +1 (555) 123-45-67 |
| Other | Other payment methods | Region-dependent |
You can add multiple payout methods. For each payout, choose the method you want to use.
Viewing payout methods
Where to find payout methods
- Open your organization dashboard
- In the left menu, find the Payouts section
- You’ll see a grid of cards with all added payout methods
Information on the card
Each payout method card shows:
- Type — kind of method (bank, card, wallet, etc.)
- Description — partially hidden details (e.g., last 4 digits of a card)
- Status — added, verifying, active, or error
Empty state
If you haven’t added any payout methods yet, you’ll see an empty page with a message and an Add payout method button.
Adding a new payout method

Format validation:
Each field validates the data format in real-time as you enter it:
- If you see a format hint above or below a field (e.g., “Format: +1 (555) 123-45-67”), it shows what kind of data is expected
- If the entered value does not match the required format, the field will be marked with a red border and display an error message
- The Save or Add method button remains inactive until all data is entered correctly
- You’ll get a clear message about what needs to be fixed — for example, “Invalid format. Expected: GCash wallet ID must be 10-15 digits”
Examples:
- ❌ Phone number
123456— rejected (wrong format) - ✅ Phone number
+1 (555) 123-45-67— accepted

Frequently asked questions
Can I add one person’s payout method to multiple organizations?
No. Each payout method belongs to a specific organization. If you own multiple organizations, you need to add the method for each one.
This is done for security and financial flow transparency.
What if I delete a payout method that has an active payout?
You cannot delete a method while it has active or processing payouts. Wait for the payout to complete, then delete the method.
The platform prevents accidentally losing payout information.
How often is the payout method status updated?
Status updates in real-time or within a few minutes of a change. After adding a new method, verification typically takes:
- 5–15 minutes for automatic checks
- Up to 24 hours for manual review (if needed)
You’ll be notified when the status changes to “Active” or “Error”.
I requested a payout but haven’t received it. What should I do?
- Check the status — open Transactions and find your payout request
- Check your account — make sure you’re checking the correct account/card
- Wait for processing — payouts take 1–7 days depending on the method
- Contact your bank — if the deadline has passed, call your bank
- Contact support — if nothing works, reach out to the platform
Remember, delays could be on your bank’s side, not the platform’s.
Is it safe to add payment details on the platform?
Yes, the platform uses:
- Data encryption (SSL/TLS)
- Protection against unauthorized access
- Compliance with payment security standards (PCI DSS)
Payment details are stored securely and accessible only to the payout system. Platform staff cannot see full card or account numbers.
