What is SPORT?
SPORT is a dedicated application for sports enthusiasts — a comprehensive platform for booking sports facilities (courts, fields) and finding partners for various sports activities. Whether you play tennis, padel, or other sports, SPORT helps you organize your games and connect with other players.
Unlike general Labs applications, SPORT is focused specifically on sports activities, providing specialized features for sports arena booking and player matching.

Partner Matching
Find Partners
Find and join a game
- Open Games & Partners and choose Find a game
- Filter games by sport, game type, status and rating
- Open a game to see its players and free seats
- Click Apply to join. The organizer approves or declines your application
An account with an unverified email is treated as a guest in SPORT.
How It Works
Create Your Sports Profile
Set your playing level for each sport you play. Open the rating questionnaire, choose a sport and answer its questions. The result is saved for that sport, and details and history are in your profile.
Search for What You Need
Looking for a game? Open Games & Partners and filter games by sport, game type, status and rating. Need a court? Use Rent & Book to find free time slots and prices by city, sport and date.
Book and Play
Add the slots you want to your cart and check out. The slots are reserved for a limited time. Pay for them in My purchases before that time runs out, and the booking is confirmed. Booking does not need approval from a partner.
Rated and Unrated Games
SPORT does not have arena reviews. Ratings in SPORT describe playing level: each game is marked Rated or Unrated, and only players who have completed the questionnaire for that sport can take part in a rated game.

Golf booking covers hourly-rented facilities such as driving ranges, putting greens and indoor simulators. Full-round tee-time booking is not available. Sports that are not listed above are not available in the current version.
Booking Features
Browse Arenas
Search for arenas by city, sport, date and time. Filter by price and amenities.
Select Time Slot
Choose a date and time. The list shows the free slots and their prices. Slots that are already booked cannot be selected.
Confirm Details
Add the slots to your cart and open the cart. Check the slots and the Total, then click Checkout. Slots from arenas that sell in different currencies must be checked out as separate orders.
Receive Confirmation
Checkout reserves the slots for a limited time and opens a payment. The message after checkout shows how long you have to pay. Pay in My purchases before the time runs out to confirm the booking. Slots that are not paid in time are released.

How do I book a sports arena?
- On the SPORT home page, click Rent & Book.
- Choose a city, a sport and a date, then pick a free time slot and add it to your cart.
- Open the cart, check the Total and click Checkout.
- Open My purchases and pay before the reservation time runs out. The booking is confirmed after payment. Unpaid slots are released.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the arena’s policy. Check the policy before you book.
How do I find a playing partner?
On the SPORT home page, click Games & Partners to find players and games.
Where do I enter my payment details?
You enter payment details on the payment provider’s checkout page. After you press Pay in My purchases, your browser opens that page. The browser opens it only if the address is secure (https) and belongs to the payment provider. If the address does not pass this check, the payment does not start and an error message appears.
Our pages do not ask for card numbers. The platform records only the type of payment method you used, not the card or the wallet account it came from.
What if I need to change my booking time?
Your bookings are listed in My purchases in your personal account (USR portal). Whether you can change the time depends on the arena’s policy and on whether the new time is free. Check the policy before you book.
Facility Schedule
Facility Schedule is managed in the ORG section. Use the link below to manage your facility’s weekly schedule, date overrides, and the price or status of individual slots.
What is Facility Schedule?
The Facility Schedule lets you assign pricing templates to days of the week, override the template for a specific date, and change the price or status of individual time slots.
