Notifications
The Notifications card in profile settings lists every type of notification the system can send you. Each type has a name and a short description.
| Type | What it covers | Can be turned off |
|---|---|---|
| Account security | Sign-ins and failed sign-in attempts, account lock, registration, password and contact details changes | No, always on |
| Payments and refunds | Successful and failed payments, refund requests, approved, declined and completed refunds | Yes |
| Payouts | Organization payouts in progress, completed and failed, and a deactivated payout method | Yes |
| Organizations | Invitations and membership, organization details and plan, assigned and revoked roles | Yes |
| Bookings | Slot holds and payments, slot returns, and schedule or slot changes | Yes |
Turning a type on or off
- Open Profile Settings and scroll down to the Notifications card
- Find the type you need
- Flip the switch to the right of its name
Changes are saved immediately; there is no Save button. After a successful save, the switch stays in its new position and a short success message appears.
Account security cannot be turned off. It warns you if someone tries to get into your account, so its switch is locked and marked “Always on”.
If a change does not save
An error message appears, and the switch returns to the setting that is actually saved in the system. Try again later.
What happens to a turned-off type
A turned-off type hides its notifications in the list and in the counter. For the full list of events for each type, see the Notifications page.
If the section is unavailable or the list does not load
- If your account has no right to configure notifications, you see the message “Notification settings are not available for your account.” instead of the list.
- If the list does not load, click Try Again.
On mobile
The section works the same way on a phone as on a computer.
My Contacts
Add ways for other users to reach you. Contacts are saved separately from your name and photo.
- Click Add contact
- Choose a contact type in the first field
- Enter the value in the second field
You can also:
- Edit — change the type or the value directly in the row
- Remove — click the delete button next to the contact
- Reorder — use the up ↑ and down ↓ buttons next to the contact
Click Save to store your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
Each value is checked against its contact type. For example, an email address must have a valid email format.
Account Deletion
Warning: Account deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
If you no longer wish to use the system, you can delete your account. This option is in the Danger Zone card at the bottom of the settings page.
The Delete User button is shown only if your account has the right to delete accounts.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- All data associated with your account is permanently removed
- You are signed out of the system
- This action cannot be undone
Steps to Delete Your Account
Open the Danger Zone
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page. The Danger Zone card has a red border.
Click Delete User
Click the Delete User button. A dialog titled Delete User opens.
Confirm the Value
The dialog shows the line Type your email to confirm followed by a value. Type that value exactly as it is shown. The confirmation button stays disabled until the text matches.
Final Confirmation
Click Delete User in the dialog. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Before deleting your account, consider:
- Downloading a copy of your important data
- Removing yourself from any active projects
- This action affects only your user account, not organizations you created

- You cannot sign in with the deleted account
- Your email address becomes available for new registration
