On this page, “court” is the marketing word for a bookable playing area: the organization pages call it a facility, and an arena is the sports complex that groups facilities.

How do I book a court?
Select the court type, district, and convenient time using the search form. The system will show all available options. Choose the one you like and pay online. Your booking is confirmed after payment.
How do I find a playing partner?
Go to the partner search section. The system will match you with players of your level nearby. You can view each player’s profile, statistics, and reviews before sending an invitation.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking. If cancellation isn’t possible according to the court’s policy, you can resell your slot to other players through the app and get your money back.
How does the rating system work?
The rating is based on your match results. After each game, both players confirm the result. The system considers the opponent’s rating, score, and head-to-head history.
Can I organize a tournament?
Yes, on the Pro plan and above, you can create tournaments. Specify the format, number of participants, player level, and entry fee. The system will automatically generate brackets and track results.
How do I become a coach on the platform?
Register as a coach, fill in your profile with experience and qualifications. After moderation, you’ll be able to publish lessons, set your schedule, and accept bookings from students.
The player landing does not show pricing plans. Players can use the app free of charge, but a separate service fee may be added to a payment at checkout.
