Arena Page
The arena page shows one sports arena: its photos, address, working hours and schedule. Signed-in users can add the arena to their favorites with the heart next to its name.
What This Page Does
The arena page opens when you click an arena card in a search. It is the place to read everything about one arena and to find a free slot for booking.
- Arena details — photos, the name, the owner, the address, the working hours and the description
- Schedule — the free slots by facility and by day, at the bottom of the page
- Favorites — the heart next to the arena name
The page is open to everyone, including guests. Only signed-in users can add an arena to their favorites.
The Heart Next to the Arena Name
The heart sits in the header, right after the arena name. An empty heart means the arena is not in your favorites. A filled heart means it is.
- Click an empty heart to add the arena to your favorites.
- Click a filled heart to remove the arena from your favorites.
Your favorites are saved to your account. After you reload the page, the heart shows the same state as before.
Add an Arena to Favorites (Signed In)
Wait for the heart to be ready
When the page opens, the heart waits while your favorites load. While it waits, the heart cannot be clicked. Screen readers announce “Loading favorites”.
Click the heart
Click the empty heart. The change is saved, and the heart becomes filled.
Wait for the save to finish
While the change is being saved, the heart cannot be clicked again. Wait until it is filled or empty before you click it again.
To remove the arena from your favorites, click the filled heart and wait for it to become empty.
Guests
If you are not signed in, the heart is always active, but it does not change the arena. Clicking it opens the sign-in page.

Sign in or register
After you sign in, you return to the same arena page. Your favorites are not changed by this.
Click the heart again
The arena is not added to your favorites automatically. Click the empty heart once more to add it.
When Favorites Cannot Be Loaded
If your favorites cannot be loaded, the heart becomes inactive. You cannot add or remove the arena while it is inactive. A message appears near the heart with the reason.
If the message has a Retry button, click it to load your favorites again. While the page is trying again, the button waits and cannot be clicked. If there is no Retry button, the problem cannot be fixed by trying again. Check that you are signed in with the right account, and contact support if the problem continues.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the heart not filled after I signed in?
Signing in returns you to the arena page, but it does not add the arena to your favorites. Click the empty heart once more.
Why can’t I click the heart?
The heart is waiting for one of three things: your favorites are loading, a change is being saved, or your favorites could not be loaded. Wait for the heart to settle. If the message near the heart has a Retry button, click it.
Are my favorites still there after I reload the page?
Yes. Favorites are saved to your account. Reloading the page does not remove them.
Where can I see all my favorite arenas?
Open the full slot search and switch on Favorites only. The search then shows only your favorite arenas. See Full Slot Search.
Do I need to be signed in to see the schedule?
No. The schedule is shown to guests too. Signing in is needed only to use the heart.
Schedule
The Schedule section is at the bottom of the arena page. It shows the free slots of the arena by day and facility. Use it to find a time that suits you, then add the slot to your cart. For how to book and pay, see Cart and Checkout.
