Moderation
The Moderation page is where partner organizations review objects that await moderation across their network: organizations, arenas, facilities and documents. Each object is shown as one card, and each card opens the same editor you use elsewhere in ORG.
Sections
The page has four sections. Expand a section to see its objects:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Organizations | Child organizations of your network |
| Arenas | Arenas of those organizations |
| Facilities | Sports facilities of those organizations |
| Documents | Documents uploaded by users of those organizations |
Each section title shows the number of objects in it, after your filters.
Filtering
Filter by Name
Type part of a name in the search field. The filter applies as you type.
Filter Facilities by Status
Click the Facility statuses field and check the statuses you want. There are five:
- Full booking (managed) — we handle all bookings
- External schedule (external) — the schedule is kept on an external site
- Price only (catalog) — we only know the price
- Moderation — awaiting review
- Archived — closed, data preserved
By default only Moderation is selected.
Filter Arenas, Users and Documents by Lifecycle
Click the Filter by Status field and check the lifecycle statuses you want: Active, Moderation or Archived. This filter applies to arenas, users and documents. By default only Moderation is selected.
Apply the Selection
A status selection takes effect when you close its menu, not while you check boxes. This keeps the section counts steady while you choose.
Clear all statuses in a field to hide that filter’s objects. An empty status selection shows no objects of that kind.
Facility Parser Errors
The Parser errors (N) chip works the same way as on the Facilities page. It shows only facilities whose last run in Run history failed. While some parser statuses are unknown or still loading, the number is hidden and the chip turns yellow. Read the full rules in Facilities.
The Object Card
Each card shows the object’s name, its first photo, its status badge and, for facilities with parsing turned on, the parser button:
| Element | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Status badge | The object’s current status |
| Parser button (facilities only) | Color shows the parser state; click it to open Run history |
| Edit | Opens the editor for this object |
| Open | Opens the object’s page in a new tab |
Click the photo to open the fullscreen viewer.
Saving Changes
Changes you make in an editor are kept on the page until you save them:
Make Your Changes
Open an object’s editor and change what you need. Close the editor to keep the change pending.
Save All at Once
When there are pending changes, the Save (N) button appears above the sections, where N is the number of pending changes. Click it to save them all.
Leave the Page Carefully
If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, the browser asks you to confirm.
You need edit permission to change objects. Without it, the page is read-only and the edit controls are hidden.
